  • Correction and direction of form and quality of exercises and workouts.

  • Dietary monitoring and guidance; diet is such a big part of health and fitness which is why we do what we can to get you to your best.
  • An optional assessment on your first session and then every 4 to 8 weeks (recommended), gauging where you’re at and how far you have come.  The regularity of your assessment largely depends on the frequency of your sessions.
  • The enjoyment of feeling motivated, happy and rejuvenated after every session.
